The path
Prep school, business school, then dropping everything at 21. Russia, China, painting, photography, Paris — years of searching without knowing for what.
Then a depression that brings me back to the essential: what are we putting into this body?
The answer came through food. By radically changing what I was eating, everything changed — energy, mental clarity, emotions, relationship with the living world. It wasn't a diet. It was a revelation.
